Band Front Raise

This exercise works the muscles in your shoulders. You stand on a stretchy band and lift your arms straight out in front of you until they are as high as your shoulders, then lower them. It makes your shoulders stronger and also helps your arms and upper back.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and hold the band down in front of your legs with your palms facing the floor.
  2. 2Keep your arms straight and slowly lift them forward until they are level with the ground.
  3. 3Stop for a short time at the top, then slowly lower your arms back down to where you started.
  4. 4Do this again for as many times as you need.
