This is a hard exercise for your tummy and hips. You hang from a bar, pull your knees up, and then push your legs down very fast. It takes a lot of strength and control to do it right.

How to Perform

  1. 1Hold a pull-up bar with your arms straight and your palms facing away from you.
  2. 2Tighten your stomach muscles and lift your knees up to your chest, keeping your legs together.
  3. 3When your knees reach your chest, push your legs down to the floor very fast until they are straight.
  4. 4Let your legs swing back up and do it again for as many times as you want.
