Band Squat Row

This exercise works your bottom, legs, and back at the same time. It mixes a squat with a pulling motion using a stretchy band. This helps make your upper and lower body strong.

How to Perform

  1. 1Tie the band to a strong object at waist level.
  2. 2Stand facing the band with your feet as wide as your shoulders.
  3. 3Hold the handles so your palms face each other and reach your arms straight out.
  4. 4Bend your knees to squat down while keeping your back straight and your chest up.
  5. 5While sitting in the squat, pull the handles to your body and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  6. 6Wait for a second, then slowly let your arms go straight again and stand back up.
