Band Lying Hip Internal Rotation

This exercise strengthens your butt muscles and helps your hips move better. You perform it by lying on your back with a stretchy band around your feet. You then push your knees out to the sides while keeping your feet touching each other.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and a resistance band around your feet.
  2. 2Bend your knees and bring them up toward your chest, but keep your feet touching each other.
  3. 3Slowly push your knees out to the sides, away from each other, while keeping your feet together.
  4. 4Hold your knees wide for a moment, then slowly bring them back to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat this movement for the desired number of times.
