Band Alternating Biceps Curl

This exercise uses a resistance band to work your bicep muscles. You curl one arm up at a time while keeping your elbows tight against your sides.

Band Alternating Biceps Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and hold the band with your palms facing up.
  2. 2Keep your elbows touching your sides and slowly lift one hand up toward your shoulder, squeezing your muscle.
  3. 3Lower that hand back down, then do the same move with your other arm.
  4. 4Keep switching arms until you finish your set.
