Assisted Chest Dip (kneeling)

This exercise works your chest muscles using a machine that helps lift your weight. You kneel on a pad that pushes you upward, which makes the movement easier. It is great for learning the exercise or getting stronger if you cannot do a regular dip yet.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to the right height and place your knees firmly on the pad.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing down and straighten your arms completely.
  3. 3Bend your elbows to lower your body until your upper arms are level with the floor.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment, then push yourself back up to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for the number of times you want.
