Air Bike

The air bike is a bodyweight workout that strengthens your stomach and hip muscles. You lie on your back and move your legs like you are pedaling a bicycle, while touching your elbows to your opposite knees to work your core.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back. Put your hands behind your head.
  2. 2Lift your legs up and bend your knees like you are sitting in a chair.
  3. 3Touch your right elbow to your left knee. At the same time, make your right leg straight.
  4. 4Go back to the start. Now do the other side: touch your left elbow to your right knee and make your left leg straight.
  5. 5Keep switching sides like you are pedaling a bike until you are finished.
