Assisted Pull-up

This machine helps you do pull-ups by giving you support. It makes lifting your body weight easier. It mainly works your big back muscles and also uses your arms.

Assisted Pull-up demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to the weight and height you want.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing away from you. Keep your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  3. 3Hang with your arms straight and your feet off the floor.
  4. 4Use your back muscles to pull your body up. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
  5. 5Keep pulling until your chin is higher than the handles.
  6. 6Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower yourself back to where you started.
  7. 7Do this again for as many times as you want.
