Wrist Rollerer

This exercise builds strength in your lower arms. You use a bar or rope with a weight tied to it. To do it, you twist your wrists to roll the weight up and then roll it back down.

How to Perform

  1. 1Tie a weight to one end of a rope or bar.
  2. 2Grab the handle with both hands so your palms face the floor.
  3. 3Stand with your feet apart and hold your arms straight out in front of you.
  4. 4Twist your wrists to slowly roll the weight up to your hands.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the top, then slowly unroll the weight back down.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
