Wheel Run

This exercise works your heart, abs, and legs all at once. You start in a stiff plank shape and roll a wheel forward and backward. It builds muscle strength and helps you move with better control.

Wheel Run demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a plank pose with your body straight and your hands holding the wheel.
  2. 2Tighten your stomach muscles and push the wheel out in front of you.
  3. 3Keep rolling until your arms are stretched far over your head and your body is long.
  4. 4Pull the wheel back toward you using your arms and core to return to the start.
  5. 5Do this movement again for as many reps as you want.
