How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to a level or speed that feels easy for you.
  2. 2Get on the machine and hold the handrails to stay balanced.
  3. 3Begin walking by stepping up with one foot and then the other, just like climbing real stairs.
  4. 4Stand up tall and tighten your stomach muscles while you walk.
  5. 5Keep walking for as long as you planned.
  6. 6Slowly make the machine go faster or harder once you get used to moving on it.
  7. 7Remember to slow down and stretch your muscles when you are done.
