Walking On Incline Treadmill

Walking on an incline treadmill is a heart exercise done on a machine tilted upward. This tilt makes the walking harder. It works your heart and leg muscles, including the front and back of your thighs and your calves.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the treadmill tilt to a level that feels hard enough for you.
  2. 2Stand on the machine with your feet apart, as wide as your shoulders.
  3. 3Start walking at a speed that feels okay, making sure you move correctly.
  4. 4Tighten your tummy muscles and keep your back straight the whole time.
  5. 5Keep walking on the tilted machine for as long as you planned.
  6. 6Slowly lower the tilt and speed to cool down before you stop.
