How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your stomach on the floor with your legs straight out behind you.
  2. 2Put your hands on the floor right next to your lower ribs, with your fingers pointing forward.
  3. 3Push your hands hard into the floor to straighten your arms. This lifts your upper body and thighs off the ground.
  4. 4Roll your shoulders back and down to open up your chest. Look up toward the ceiling.
  5. 5Stay in this spot for a few breaths, then slowly lower your body back down to the floor.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
