Tuck Crunch

The tuck crunch is a tummy exercise you do on the floor. It works your abs and hip muscles. To do it, you curl your upper body up while bringing your knees to your chest at the same time.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head and point your elbows out to the sides.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles. Lift your shoulders off the floor and pull your knees toward your chest at the same time.
  4. 4Hold this curled shape for a second.
  5. 5Slowly lower your shoulders and put your feet back on the floor to finish one rep.
