Suspended Abdominal Fallout

This is a tough stomach exercise using hanging straps. It works your tummy muscles and helps your hips and sides get stronger. You need to be very strong and steady to lean your body forward and pull yourself back up without wobbling.

How to Perform

  1. 1Clip the straps to a high spot and set the handles so they hang at your waist.
  2. 2Stand with your back to the straps and hold the handles with your arms straight out in front of you.
  3. 3Lean forward from your waist, keeping your body stiff like a board and your tummy muscles tight.
  4. 4Slowly lower your body forward as far as you safely can while keeping your stomach tight.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the bottom, then slowly push yourself back up to where you started.
  6. 6Do this movement as many times as you need to.
