Squat On Bosu Ball

This exercise works your thighs, hips, and butt muscles. Because the ball is wobbly, it forces you to balance, making your stomach muscles work harder than a regular squat.

Squat On Bosu Ball demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Put the BOSU ball on the floor so the flat plastic side faces up and the blue dome touches the ground.
  2. 2Carefully step onto the flat platform and stand with your feet apart.
  3. 3Bend your knees and hips to lower yourself, as if you are sitting in a chair.
  4. 4Keep your chest lifted and push your weight into your heels.
  5. 5Go down until your thighs are level with the floor.
  6. 6Stop for a second, then push through your heels to stand back up.
  7. 7Repeat this for as many times as you want.
