Ski Step

This bodyweight exercise moves like a skier. You jump sideways from one foot to the other. It helps your heart and strengthens your legs.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little and keep your back straight.
  3. 3Jump to the right and land on your right foot. Swing your left leg behind your right leg.
  4. 4Jump to the left right away and land on your left foot. Swing your right leg behind your left leg.
  5. 5Keep jumping side to side like a skier.
  6. 6Do this as many times as needed.
