Side Wrist Pull Stretch

This simple exercise helps your wrists and forearms move better. To do it, you reach one arm out to the side and use your other hand to gently pull it toward you.

Side Wrist Pull Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart, about as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Reach your right arm out to the side so it is flat like a wing, with your palm facing the floor.
  3. 3Use your left hand to hold your right hand and gently pull it toward your body until you feel a stretch in your arm.
  4. 4Stay in this position for 15 to 30 seconds, then let go.
  5. 5Do the same thing with your other arm.
