Side Lying Hip Adduction (male)

This is a bodyweight exercise that you do while lying on your side. You lift your top leg up to work the muscles in your inner thigh.

Side Lying Hip Adduction (male) demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie down on your side with your legs straight and one on top of the other.
  2. 2Put your bottom arm under your head to support it.
  3. 3Tighten your inner thigh muscles and lift your top leg up high. Do not twist your hips or lean back.
  4. 4Stop for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your leg back down.
  5. 5Do this for the number of times you want, then switch to the other side.
