How to Perform

  1. 1Go to a clear area or use a treadmill.

  3. 3Start jogging in one spot. Lift your knees high and move your arms.
  4. 4After a few seconds, start running forward with small, fast steps.
  5. 5Keep running this way for as long as you want.
