Rope Climb

Climbing a rope is a hard exercise for your upper body. It works muscles in your back, arms, and shoulders. You need strong hands, good balance, and a strong tummy. You have to use your arms and legs to climb up and down safely.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand in front of the rope with your feet apart.
  2. 2Hold the rope with both hands so your palms face you.
  3. 3Bend your knees a bit and tighten your tummy.
  4. 4Pull yourself up by moving one hand over the other.
  5. 5Use your legs to help push yourself up.
  6. 6Keep climbing until you reach the top or as high as you want.
  7. 7To come down, move your hands down one by one slowly.
  8. 8Do this again for as many turns as you want.
