This exercise works your chest, shoulders, and the back of your arms. You sit on the floor with your legs straight, holding a roller, and roll it forward and backward along your legs.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you.
  2. 2Hold the roller with both hands and rest it on your thighs.
  3. 3Lean forward a little and push the roller away from you until your arms are straight.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment, then slowly roll the roller back to your thighs.
  5. 5Do this again for the number of times you want.
