Rear Pull-up

How to Perform

  1. 1Hold the bar with your palms facing away from you, hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Hang with straight arms and a straight body.
  3. 3Squeeze your back muscles to pull yourself up, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
  4. 4Keep pulling until your chin goes over the bar.
  5. 5Wait for a second at the top.
  6. 6Slowly lower yourself back down until your arms are straight.
  7. 7Repeat this movement for your set.
