Push Up On Bosu Ball

This is a push-up where you place your hands on the flat side of a BOSU ball. Because the ball wobbles, your tummy muscles must work harder to keep you steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Put the BOSU ball on the floor with the flat side facing up.
  2. 2Get into a push-up shape with your hands holding the sides of the flat part.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy and bend your elbows to lower your body down to the ball.
  4. 4Push yourself back up to the start by straightening your arms.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
