Push-up (bosu Ball)

This exercise is a regular push-up, but you do it with your hands on a wobbly BOSU ball instead of the floor. Because the ball is unstable, your tummy and arm muscles have to work extra hard to keep you balanced.

Push-up (bosu Ball) demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Put the BOSU ball on the floor so the flat side is on top.
  2. 2Get into a push-up position and hold onto the outer rim of the ball.
  3. 3Tighten your stomach muscles, then bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the ball.
  4. 4Push against the ball to straighten your arms and go back up to the start.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
