Push And Pull Bodyweight

This exercise is a special type of push-up. It focuses on two main parts: pushing your body up and using your muscles to pull yourself down. It helps strengthen your chest, arms, and shoulders.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up position. Place your hands on the floor a little wider than your shoulders. Keep your body straight like a plank.
  2. 2Bend your elbows to lower your chest to the floor. Keep your body straight.
  3. 3Press your hands into the floor to straighten your arms and go back up.
  4. 4Now, go down again, but this time imagine you are pulling your chest to the floor with your muscles.
  5. 5Press your hands into the floor to straighten your arms and go back up.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you want.
