How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you.
  2. 2Put the rope around the bottom of your foot, just below your toes. Hold the ends of the rope with your hands.
  3. 3Pull the rope slowly toward your body. This will pull your toes back and stretch your leg muscles.
  4. 4Stay in this position for 15 to 30 seconds.
  5. 5Let go of the rope and do the same steps with your other leg.
  6. 6Do this as many times as you need to.
