How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart like your shoulders. Hold the medicine ball up at your chest.
  2. 2Step forward with your right foot. At the same time, push the ball straight out until your arms are straight.
  3. 3Let the ball leave your hands so it moves forward.
  4. 4Run quickly to grab the ball before it touches the floor.
  5. 5Bring the ball back to your chest. Do the same steps again, but step with your left foot this time.
  6. 6Keep switching feet and doing the throw for as many times as you need.
