This exercise uses a medicine ball to make your chest, shoulders, and arm muscles stronger. To do it, you simply push the ball straight out from your chest and then bring it back.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and hold the medicine ball at your chest.
  2. 2Push your arms straight out in front of you to move the ball away from your body.
  3. 3Stop for a short moment, then slowly bring the ball back to your chest.
  4. 4Do this motion again for the number of times you want.
