Lying Leg Raise Flat Bench

This is a tummy exercise you do on a flat bench. It uses your own body weight to work your stomach muscles and the front of your hips. You lie down flat, lift your straight legs up to the ceiling, and then slowly lower them back down.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back on a flat bench.
  2. 2Put your hands under your bottom to help hold you steady.
  3. 3Keep your legs straight and close together, then lift them high toward the ceiling.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top, then slowly bring your legs back down.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
