Lever Seated Hip Adduction

This machine exercise strengthens the muscles on the inside of your thighs. You sit down and push your legs together against the weight to work these muscles.

Lever Seated Hip Adduction demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the seat height and sit with your back flat against the pad.
  2. 2Put your feet on the rests and hold the handles to stay steady.
  3. 3Use your inner thigh muscles to slowly push your legs together.
  4. 4Hold them together for a second, then slowly let them go back to the start.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
