Lever Seated Good Morning

This machine exercise works your butt muscles, along with the back of your legs and lower back. While sitting down, you bend forward at your hips to push against the weight.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the seat height so your hips are a little higher than your knees.
  2. 2Sit down with your back touching the pad and put your feet flat on the footrests.
  3. 3Hold the handles or the sides of the seat to stay steady.
  4. 4Keep your back straight and slowly lean forward from your hips until your upper body is level with the ground.
  5. 5Wait for a second, then slowly sit back up using your butt and leg muscles.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
