How to Perform

  1. 1Fix the seat height and the pad position so you feel comfortable.
  2. 2Sit on the machine with your back resting against the pad and keep your feet flat on the floor.
  3. 3Hold onto the handles or side bars tightly to stay steady.
  4. 4Tighten your tummy muscles and slowly lean backward, letting the pad move with you.
  5. 5Stop for a second when you feel the most tension in your tummy.
  6. 6Slowly pull yourself back up to where you started by squeezing your tummy muscles.
  7. 7Repeat this movement for the number of times you want.
