Lever Overhand Triceps Dip

This exercise uses a machine to help you strengthen your triceps, chest, and shoulders. You will use the machine handles to lower and lift your body with steady, controlled movements.

Lever Overhand Triceps Dip demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to the correct height and get into a safe position.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing down and straighten your arms completely.
  3. 3Bend your elbows to lower your body, making sure to keep your arms tight against your sides.
  4. 4Go down until your upper arms are level with the floor.
  5. 5Stop for a second, then push your body back up until your arms are straight again.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
