Lever Kneeling Twist

This is a stomach exercise done on a machine. You kneel down and twist your upper body from side to side. It helps make your abs, sides, and lower back stronger.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the seat height so it fits you.
  2. 2Get on the machine, putting your knees on the pads while looking straight ahead.
  3. 3Hold onto the handles or the sides to stay steady.
  4. 4Tighten your stomach muscles.
  5. 5Turn your upper body to one side as far as feels okay.
  6. 6Stop for a short moment.
  7. 7Slowly move back to where you started.
  8. 8Do the same twist to the other side.
  9. 9Keep switching sides for as many times as you want.
