Lever Incline Chest Press

This machine exercise builds your upper chest muscles. It also works your shoulders and the back of your arms. The machine guides your movement, making it safe and steady to use.

Lever Incline Chest Press demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and back support so you fit comfortably.
  2. 2Sit down with your back pressing against the pad and your feet flat on the ground.
  3. 3Hold the handles with your palms facing away from you. Keep your hands a bit wider than your shoulders.
  4. 4Push the handles out until your arms are straight.
  5. 5Wait for a second, then slowly bend your elbows to bring the handles back near your chest.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
