How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to fit your body. Sit down with your back against the pad.
  2. 2Put your feet on the footrests and hold the handles tightly.
  3. 3Tighten your butt and leg muscles. Push the footrests to move your legs back.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the end. Then, slowly bring your legs back to the start.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you need.
