This is a machine exercise for your calf muscles. You sit and push a pad with your toes while your heels hang off the edge. The machine guides your movement, making it safe and easy to do.

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat so your shoulders line up with the pad.
  2. 2Put your toes on the pad and let your heels hang off the edge.
  3. 3Hold the handles to stay steady.
  4. 4Push the pad down with your toes to squeeze your calf muscles.
  5. 5Stop for a short moment at the bottom.
  6. 6Slowly let your heels come back up to the start.
  7. 7Repeat this for the number of times you want.
