Lever Bicep Curl

This exercise uses a simple machine to help you build strong arm muscles. The machine guides your movement, making it very safe and easy for almost anyone to use.

Lever Bicep Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Change the seat height so you fit comfortably, then sit with your back resting against the pad.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing up and keep your elbows tucked close to your body.
  3. 3Breathe out while you pull the handles up, tightening your arm muscles.
  4. 4Stop for a moment at the top to squeeze your muscles tight.
  5. 5Breathe in as you slowly lower the handles back down until your arms are straight.
  6. 6Do these steps again for as many times as you want.
