Lever Bent-over Row With V-bar

This machine exercise builds muscles in your upper back and arms. You lean forward, hold a V-shaped handle, and pull it to your stomach. As you pull, you squeeze your shoulder blades together.

Lever Bent-over Row With V-bar demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the seat height and stand in front of the machine.
  2. 2Hold the V-handle with your palms facing down. Keep your back flat and bend your knees a little.
  3. 3Pull the handle toward your tummy and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4Stop for a second when the handle is close to you, then slowly let the weight go back to where it started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
