Leg Pull In Flat Bench

This is an exercise for your tummy muscles that you do while sitting on a bench. You use your own body weight to work your abs, hips, and lower back. To do it, you pull your knees up to your chest. You must use your muscles to stay steady and balanced.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a flat bench and stretch your legs straight out in front of you.
  2. 2Put your hands on the bench next to your hips to hold yourself up.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles, lift your feet off the floor, and pull your knees in toward your chest.
  4. 4Stop for a moment, then slowly lower your legs back until they are straight again.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
