Kettlebell Two Arm Row

This exercise works your upper back muscles. You do it by bending over and pulling a kettlebell in each hand up to your chest.

Kettlebell Two Arm Row demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Bend your knees a little. Hold a kettlebell in each hand with your palms facing you.
  2. 2Lean forward at your hips. Keep your back straight and tighten your stomach muscles.
  3. 3Pull the weights up to your chest. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top. Slowly lower the weights back down.
  5. 5Do this again for the number of times you want.
