Kettlebell Seated Two Arm Military Press

This is a shoulder exercise that you do while sitting down. You push two kettlebells up over your head to work your shoulder muscles. It also helps strengthen the back of your arms and your upper back.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench. Keep your back straight and put your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold one kettlebell in each hand near your shoulders. Turn your palms so they face forward.
  3. 3Push the kettlebells up over your head until your arms are completely straight.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower the kettlebells back down to your shoulders.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
