Kettlebell Seated Press

This is a shoulder exercise you do while sitting down. You push kettlebells up over your head to work your shoulder muscles. It also helps strengthen your arm muscles and your tummy muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench with your back tall and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold a kettlebell in each hand at your shoulders, with your palms facing forward.
  3. 3Push the kettlebells straight up until your arms are completely straight.
  4. 4Lower the kettlebells back down to your shoulders.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
