Kettlebell Plyo Push-up

The kettlebell plyo push-up is a hard exercise where you do a push-up on two kettlebells and jump your hands up in the air. It works your chest, arms, shoulders, and stomach muscles. You need to be very strong and steady to lift your hands and land safely.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a plank position with your hands holding the handles of the kettlebells, shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Lower your chest down toward the floor while keeping your elbows tucked near your sides.
  3. 3Push up hard and fast so your hands lift off the kettlebells and your arms go straight.
  4. 4Land gently back on the kettlebell handles and go right into the next push-up.
  5. 5Do this for as many times as you need to.
