How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet as wide as your shoulders and hold the kettlebell in one hand at shoulder level.
  2. 2Tighten your stomach muscles and keep your back perfectly straight.
  3. 3Push the kettlebell straight up until your arm is completely straight.
  4. 4Hold it at the top for a short moment, then slowly lower it back down to your shoulder.
  5. 5Do this for as many times as you need, then switch to the other hand.
