Kettlebell Lunge Pass Through

This is a leg exercise where you do a lunge and pass a weight under your thigh. It helps improve your balance and makes your lower body stronger.

Kettlebell Lunge Pass Through demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart. Hold the kettlebell at your chest with both hands.
  2. 2Step forward with your right foot and lower your hips down.
  3. 3While you are down, pass the kettlebell under your right leg and grab it with your left hand.
  4. 4Push off your front foot to stand back up. At the same time, pass the kettlebell back to your right hand.
  5. 5Do the same move with your left leg, passing the weight under that leg.
  6. 6Keep switching legs and passing the weight for the full set.
