How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold a kettlebell in each hand with your arms hanging down in front of your legs.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little bit. Lean forward at your hips. Keep your back flat and your chest lifted.
  3. 3Stand up very fast. At the same time, pull the weights up high toward your shoulders.
  4. 4When the weights reach your shoulders, turn your hands and push the weights straight up over your head until your arms are straight.
  5. 5Bring the weights back down to where you started. Do this again for as many times as you need.
