How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head and point your elbows out to the sides.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles and slowly lift your upper body until it is halfway up.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower your body back down.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
