This is a simple exercise where you move your whole body. You jump your feet apart while lifting your arms up, then jump back to how you started. It makes your heart beat faster and works your leg muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet touching and your arms down by your sides.
  2. 2Jump up and spread your feet wide while swinging your arms up over your head.
  3. 3Jump again to bring your feet back together and lower your arms to your sides.
  4. 4Keep doing this for as many times as you want.
